This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for products, services, memberships, and programs offered by Merch Marketing LLC, including LoyalThread™ and GrowthStitch™. By purchasing from Merch Marketing, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Digital Products & Programs
Unless otherwise stated at checkout:
- Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or delivered
- Downloadable materials are non-refundable once accessed
- Online training, strategy materials, templates, and automation systems are non-refundable once delivered
Because digital products cannot be returned, all sales are considered final.
3. Services & Consulting
For consulting, strategy, or implementation services:
- Payments are non-refundable once work has begun
- Deposits secure scheduling and are non-refundable
- If a service has not yet started, cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
4. Memberships & Recurring Programs
If you enroll in a subscription or recurring program — including GrowthStitch™ if structured as recurring:
- You may cancel according to the cancellation instructions provided at enrollment
- Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund past payments
- No refunds will be issued for partial billing cycles unless required by law

5. LoyalThread™ & Rewards-Based Programs
Loyalty program fees, if applicable:
- Are non-refundable once processed
- Points or rewards earned do not carry cash value
- Unused benefits are not refundable
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue rewards at any time.
6. Physical Merchandise
For physical merchandise:
- Customized or branded items are non-refundable unless defective
- Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 2–3 days of delivery
- Returned items must be unused and in original condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery at [email protected].
7. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or due to company error.
8. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
- Suspension of access to programs and services
- Termination of membership
- Ineligibility for future services
