Do I have to take all three systems or can I just get GrowthStitch or LoyalThread?
All three systems come together in the Starter and Pro plans and that is how most brands get the most value from the platform. However, standalone access to GrowthStitch and LoyalThread is available through a direct conversation with our team. Pricing varies based on your configuration. Reach out and we can discuss what makes sense for you.
How long does it take to get live?
Most brands are live within two to four weeks depending on how quickly onboarding and merch setup moves. Pro and Enterprise plans include guided onboarding from our team to accelerate the process.
Do you require a contract?
No contracts required. Starter and Pro plans are month to month with a 15% discount available when you choose annual billing. Enterprise terms are negotiated directly.
What is the $1,500 90 Day Launch Budget?
It is a real merch activation budget available on Pro and Enterprise plans, distributed as $500 per month across your first three months. You can use it for signup incentives, event giveaways, loyalty reward products, or any branded merch that supports your launch. It is not a discount or credit. It is actual product budget.
Does LoyalThread work if my product is sold in a state where loyalty programs for cannabis are restricted?
Yes. LoyalThread has state-based compliance logic built in from the foundation. In states where redemption is restricted, LoyalThread can run an earn-only program that still builds consumer relationships and data without triggering compliance issues. Confirm your specific states with our team before launch.
What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
