MerchLove is included in every plan. When Merch Marketing sources and produces your products, there is no processing fee. When you bring your own products or work with outside vendors, a small redemption processing fee applies.

Do all three systems come with every plan?
Yes. GrowthStitch, LoyalThread, and MerchLove are included at every plan level. The difference between tiers is the depth of features and the level of support, not which systems you get access to.
What does the $1,500 90 Day Launch Budget actually cover?
It is real merch budget, not a discount or credit. Distributed as $500 in month one, $500 in month two, and $500 in month three. Use it for signup incentives, promotional items, redemption rewards, event merch, or retail staff gifts. Available on Pro and Enterprise plans only.
Can I start on Starter and upgrade later?
Yes. Starter is designed to prove the system works for your brand. When you are ready to scale across multiple states, add VIP tiers, or run campaign based loyalty programs, upgrading to Pro is straightforward and your data moves with you.
What is the main difference between Starter and Pro for LoyalThread?
Starter limits you to one state, up to two earn actions, and up to three merch reward items. Pro unlocks support across multiple states, unlimited earn actions, VIP tiers, SKU and location multipliers, time based bonus campaigns, and advanced reporting by state and campaign.
How does messaging pricing work?
Messaging is usage based and billed per Messaging Unit. SMS consumes 1 unit, MMS 3 units, email 0.2 units, and voice 3 units per minute. Push notifications are free. Your Messaging Wallet auto recharges when needed and unused balance rolls over month to month.
What is the MerchLove processing fee and when does it apply?
When Merch Marketing sources and produces the products in your store, there is no processing fee. When you bring your own products or use an outside vendor, a fee applies to the redemption value. Five percent on Starter, three percent on Pro. Enterprise is negotiated.
Are there contracts or is it month to month?
Starter and Pro are available month to month with no long term commitment required. Annual billing is available at all tiers with 15% savings. Enterprise engagements are typically structured as contracts given the level of custom work involved.
Can I use just one of the three systems?
Yes. Each system can operate standalone or connect to your existing tools. Pricing for standalone configurations is set through a direct conversation with our team since the right structure depends on what you already have.
