What does done with you actually mean?
Our team works alongside yours. We handle the technical setup, build workflows, configure loyalty programs, and provide ongoing strategy and support. You stay in control. We do the heavy lifting. Approximately 5 to 10 hours per month of dedicated team time.
Why is an annual contract required?
The $1,497 includes onboarding (normally $2,500) and ongoing support (normally $500/mo). The annual commitment ensures we can invest the time to set you up properly and deliver ongoing value.
Can I start standalone and upgrade later?
Yes. Many brands start with LoyalThread or GrowthStitch standalone, prove the value, and upgrade to the combined system when ready for hands on support. Everything migrates seamlessly.
What happens after the first year?
You renew at the same rate. If you no longer need DWY support, you can move to standalone pricing for either or both products. No lock in beyond the current contract term.
How is this different from hiring an agency?
We built the system. We know every workflow, every integration, every edge case. An outside agency would need months to learn what we already know. Plus your support includes merch strategy and fulfillment planning.
What if I need more than one state?
Additional states are $299 per month each on the DWY plan. Each state includes 4 programs and adds 1,500 enrolled members to your overall pool. Our team handles all the regulatory engineering for new states.
