Lesson 6. I’m on a mission and want to help you!

We are almost at the halfway point. The Masterclass is just around the corner. If you’ve missed any of the first 5 days, Go back and check it out. You will thank me. The Perfect Product and the Community posts are two that I think can provide immediate value to your next event.

Today, I wanted to take a minute to tell you a little bit about my goal here and what the masterclass looks like.

I’m on a mission to help 1 million Small Business Owners build a business that thrives in their community. Teaching you from what I've learned in growing my clothing brand and my promotional marketing agency. How I scaled a basement startup into a global brand. And today, how I use merch with your branding to help you generate revenue, build a loyal fan base, and get people selling your product or service for you.

I’ve done hundreds of events for my own brands and helped hundreds of clients look their best whenever they are promoting in front of others.

In this next chapter of my life, I’m devoted to helping Small Business Owners and their teams really understand the marketing and processes to growth and creating a movement at events and using branded merchandise as the tool to do so.

Here’s How I’m doing it…..

Getting all the products for your event in one place! My team has built an ordering platform to make it really easy to find, order, organize and fulfill your Perfect Products, your team's uniform, and your booth set up. The link is here if you are ready to take that step.

But if you are anything like I was, you get overwhelmed with all the things you need to do for your event. You don't fully execute or know how to achieve success. You go set up your booth, and you just aren’t getting the return you need.

TBH, sometimes it really isn’t our fault an event didn’t produce the results we were hoping to achieve. I know I’ve told myself all kinds of excuses. Here are just a few that have come up for me. Tell me if you relate:

  • Bad weather so nobody showed up.

  • The promoter didn’t give me a good location.

  • Competition was heavy so nobody noticed us.

  • It was the wrong audience.

  • There were a lot less people than expected.

  • Nobody I connected with became a customer.

  • I was so busy that I didn’t get a lot of information from people who stopped by.

  • I don’t know if it was worth my time and energy.

Let’s be honest, events are exhausting, and when we get home we have to get on with everyday life. It’s easy not to do event follow ups, or spend the time thinking about what worked and didn’t work.

Over my 20 years of promoting at events, I’ve learned how to minimize the outside factors, and created the best opportunity to maximize ROI for not only my bottom line, but for my time and energy.

The Event Success Masterclass is one way I’m working to help you maximize your ROI at events and build a movement around your business. I want to help you set up a system that's repeatable. One that helps you reach that next level of success with your brand.

And it doesn’t stop there. Along with the Event Success Masterclass, I’m launching Merch Movement and the #MovementMaker program with weekly masterminds, trainings, and daily accountability calls in an effort to implement these blueprints and marketing strategies into your business.

When you throw it all together, my vision is to create a select community of Small Business Owners dedicated to growing not only their business, but as individuals.

Merch Marketing is working to bridge the gap between ordering merch and using it the right way. To create a movement around your brand.

Thank you for coming along on the journey. Tomorrow, I’m going to move into some areas that are an absolute must AT THE EVENT (Game Time). Some of them need to be planned out ahead of time. But definitely need to be executed at the event.
